What files do you need for a quote? +
A 3D model (STEP or IGES) plus a 2D drawing with tolerances (PDF, DWG or DXF). Please include material, quantity and target delivery date.
Do you accept single pieces? +
Yes. Most of our work is one-off and small-batch machining of large parts.
What is your lead time? +
It depends on size, material and quantity. Every quotation includes a delivery date we commit to.
Will you sign an NDA? +
Yes. Your drawings are used only for quoting and production, and we will sign your NDA on request.
How do you ship heavy parts overseas? +
Parts are packed on steel or wooden skids, or in export crates, and shipped by sea freight. Export documents are handled by our export partner, Haotu Global.
Who handles communication and export? +
Haotu Global (Luoyang Haotu Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd.) is our export and customer-service partner, so you work with one contact from quote to delivery.
